Built by People Who

Faced the Problem First

Build My Body was started by three friends-Jugraj Deep Singh, Jasdeep Singh, and Jaskirat Singh, who shared a common frustration.

Eating healthy in India felt unnecessarily hard.

They weren’t bodybuilders.

They weren’t nutrition experts.

They were everyday people trying to improve their diet and struggling to get enough protein without changing their lifestyle.

From confusing supplements to expensive shakes and sugar-loaded “healthy” foods, nothing felt practical or sustainable for daily life.

That frustration sparked a simple question:

“Why isn’t there an easier way to get protein every day?”

And that question became Build My Body.

Because India Doesn’t Have a Protein Problem, It Has a Simplicity Problem

In India, health is discussed everywhere, but protein is missing almost everywhere. Most people don’t fall short on protein because they don’t care.

They fall short because the options are

Too complicated Too complicated
Too expensive Too expensive
Too boring Too boring
Or simply not part of everyday habits Or simply not part of everyday habits

We saw a gap no one was solving—how to make protein easy, tasty, and natural for everyday Indians.

Build My Body exists to quietly bridge that protein gap—without asking you to overhaul your routine.

We don’t believe in extreme diets or lifestyle changes.
We believe in upgrading the foods you already consume.
